Not hard at all to work with LibraryThing, although it seems almost more of a social networking site, since you can write a profile of yourself, and then, I assume, find out who likes the same books you do. For my purposes, that's irrelevant, although it's nice to see the number of people who also enjoy the books I like.

- After all these years, I found my niche in life, as a librarian. I'm blessed with a wonderful family, including a great sister and brother, and two terrific nieces and an amazing nephew. Admitting that I love to read is the understatement of my life. Good conversation with a valued friend or friends is something I will always treasure. A long walk on a lovely day is something I will never tire of. Thank goodness for laughter, smiles, home-cooked meals, train whistles, blooming flowers, Autumn, people who think of others, kind and uplifting words, books, the sounds of nature, artwork, and the feeling deep in your heart when you know what you did or said was the right and proper thing.

I like being able to keep track of my favorites, and, eventually, (after months of hard work) creating a complete list of the vast amount of books my grandmother has read! Then, no matter what branch I'm at, I'll be able to have access to the list.
